Advanced Cleaning Technologies, Inc. was established in 1996 with the goal of providing commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services to the Chicago metropolitan area at competitive prices. We have since expanded to provide services in the Northwest and Central Indiana areas.

ACT was started by and continues to be operated by Rick Baylis and Greg Boltz. Together, Rick and Greg bring more than 25 years of commercial cleaning experience into custom tailoring cleaning programs for their customers. Our operations manager, Mark Czarnota, who also brings 20 years of experience into the company, oversees our cleaning crews and our carpet cleaning scheduling.

With an eye open to the future, Advanced Cleaning Technologies, Inc. is continually looking to expand. We would be interested in hearing from cleaning contractors in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Southern Indiana who may be looking to take on some accounts.

Hours: 24 hours a day, seven days a week
